(also known as JYF) founded in 1982, is a Taiwan based CNC spring machine manufacturer. The company focuses on the latest R & D in spring coiling, production needs and customer service. JYF spring coiling machines are highly recommended within the industry for its machine control designs and flexibility in custom setups. Our fleet of spring coiling machines range from 4 to 6 axes with wire diameter support from 0.2 mm (0.0078”) to 20.00 mm (0.787”). Various models also have attachments that provides functionality to produce torsion springs, flat wire springs and wave springs. All JYF machines are CE certified and patent ensured throughout the world. The JYF team prides itself on the simplicity of the program in each compression machine. The user is only required to know the spring''s outer diameter, pitch and number of spring coils in order to manufacture an array of products. Our Spring Length Device (SLD) is also standard on many models and allows the coiler to detect the spring length of the current unit in production and adjusts the pitch automatically in real time.
